A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Rick Powell spent 25 years as a commercial artist and illustrator. Now, with the freedom to choose his subjects, Rick uses colored pencils to create realistic scenes of New England’s natural beauty composed of thousands of colorful lines.
